Cappuccino Mousse Recipe

Delicious cappuccino mousse recipe, very easy to make!

 

Cappuccino Mousse Recipe

Ingredients:

1 package gelatin powder

1/2 cup strong coffee chilled

2 tbsp instant coffee

2 cans condensed milk (sweet condensed milk, not evaporated milk)

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 cups whipping cream

rolled wafer almond sticks

 

Directions:

Stir instant coffee into chilled coffee to dissolve. Sprinkle gelatin into chilled coffee and let soften for a minute. Stir gelatin mixture into condenser mild in a small pot. Stir over low ;heat until gelatin dissolves. (this can be done in the microwave. Stir in vanilla and cool to room temperature. Whip cream into peaks an fold into coffee mixture. Spoon into glasses and insert wafer into the top.
